Welcome to Vinette Home. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our residential and commercial cleaning services, related products, and website. By booking a service, requesting a quote, or purchasing any of our products, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Vinette Home provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services, as outlined on our website or in your confirmed booking.
Services may include general cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/out cleaning, add-on tasks (e.g., inside fridge, cabinet cleaning), and specialty services (e.g., luxury finishes).
All services are provided subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are estimates based on the information provided at the time of booking. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual size, condition, or specific needs of the property.
Pricing is subject to applicable Canadian taxes (HST in Ontario).
Any adjustments will be discussed with the client prior to work being performed.
3. Bookings & Cancellations
Bookings must be confirmed through our website, booking system, or by written agreement.
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
If our team is unable to access your property at the agreed time, the service will be considered a late cancellation.
4. Payments
Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods: credit card, debit card, e-transfer, or other approved platforms.
Unpaid balances may result in suspension of future services and may be subject to collection.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure safe access to the property at the scheduled time.
Clients agree to remove or secure valuables, fragile items, and confidential materials before service.
Our team will not handle hazardous waste, illegal substances, or items that pose a safety risk.
6. Staff & Contractors
All cleaners and service providers are carefully vetted and operate under Vinette Home’s policies and standards.
For safety and insurance purposes, clients agree not to directly solicit or hire Vinette Home cleaners outside of our booking system.
7. Damages & Liability
While every effort is made to provide careful, high-quality service, accidents may occur.
Vinette Home carries commercial general liability insurance. Any claims for damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of service with supporting details.
Liability is limited to the lesser of: (i) the cost of repair, (ii) the replacement value of the item, or (iii) the total service fee paid for the appointment.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage to improperly secured/installed fixtures, furniture, or appliances.
8. Products & Equipment
Vinette Home provides professional-grade cleaning equipment and products.
Clients requesting the use of their own products or equipment do so at their own risk, and Vinette Home will not be liable for damages or ineffective results caused by client-supplied products.
9. Health & Safety
Our staff may refuse service if conditions are unsafe (e.g., pest infestations, hazardous materials, aggressive pets).
Services may be rescheduled or canceled if conditions pose a risk to health and safety.
10. Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost.
Refunds are issued at Vinette Home’s sole discretion.
11. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during booking is used solely to provide services and is never sold to third parties.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
13. Changes to Terms
Vinette Home may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
